When you need a bag that as tough as nails, one that will last you years of abuse, one that keeps your stuff inside dry no matter what weather you find yourself in, that’s when you need a BlaqPak. We build our bags intending that you’ll use them to their limits and we can still guarantee them for life.

Do you ship to internationally?

Yes! You can order internationally directly from our website. International shipping for Cargobike canopies is $75.

Tell me more about your lifetime guarantee?
BlaqPaks are built with many years of daily use in mind, it follows that we guarantee our craftsmanship for life. Our promise is that your bag is free of any manufacturing defect forever. If one of our bags doesn’t meet that standard, we’ll repair or replace it, simple as that. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase may be required.

What is the turnaround time on my order?
We are a small business and we do our best to ship your order in as timely a fashion as possible. All in-stock items ship via USPS within 2 business days. If something listed on our site happens to be out of stock, we’ll let you know via email of when you can expect your order to ship.

Cargo bike canopies are always made to order and the turnaround is generally 14 days. Contact us for an exact turnaround time.

Please note: We must hold PayPal e-check orders until the payment clears, generally in 4-5 days.

How do you handle repairs or replacements?
If you accidentally do something to your BlaqPak, that shouldn’t necessarily be the end. Straps and buckles can usually be replaced, if you manage to wear out the waterproof liner on an otherwise decent bag we can probably swap it out. Contact us if you need something fixed, not everything can be repaired but we’ll see what we can do.

Do you accept returns?
Our bags are guaranteed for life, but you shouldn't be stuck for life if the bag you ordered doesn’t work for you. We will gladly refund or exchange any purchase shipped back to us in new condition within 10 days of original delivery. Any return must be in as new condition. A full refund of the purchase price will be made within 2 business days of the product being returned to us.

What is your data collection and privacy policy?
BlaqPaks has no interest in your data - we are a bag company after all. No personal information is collected from visitors to our website and we do not maintain any financial records for our customers. We appreciate every one of our customers and we would never share your data with anyone outside our organization.
